Refund & Return Policy

All sales are considered final. Due to the custom, made-to-order, and performance-oriented nature of our products, Designed By Moran generally does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds.


General Policy

Any return, refund, exchange, or cancellation request is reviewed solely at the discretion of Designed By Moran. Approval of any exception is not guaranteed under any circumstance, and prior approval of an exception in one transaction does not obligate Designed By Moran to approve any future request.

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility, fitment, and product suitability before placing an order. If you are unsure whether a product is correct for your application, contact us prior to purchase. Incompatibility due to undisclosed vehicle modifications, non-standard configurations, or failure to verify fitment does not constitute grounds for a return or refund.


Non-Eligible Items

The following items are strictly ineligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstance:

  • Products that have been installed, test-fitted, used, modified, or altered in any way
  • Custom-built, made-to-order, coated, powder-coated, fabricated, or special-order items once production has begun
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or use outside of intended application
  • Products missing original packaging, hardware, or components

Custom & Made-To-Order Items

Custom-built, made-to-order, coated, or special-order items are non-refundable and non-cancelable once production has begun. By placing an order for a custom or made-to-order product, the customer acknowledges that production begins promptly and that cancellation requests submitted after production has commenced will not be honored.


Production Lead Times & Delays

Lead times, estimated ship dates, and production timelines are estimates only and are subject to change without notice due to material availability, production scheduling, coating delays, supplier delays, freight issues, or manufacturing circumstances outside of our control.

Production delays or extended lead times do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or dispute. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed solely on the basis of lead times or shipping delays may be contested using the customer's acceptance of these policies and our Terms of Service.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a defective item or an item that does not match your order, you must contact Designed By Moran in writing within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic documentation.

Designed By Moran reserves the right to inspect, test, evaluate, or require return of the item prior to approving any remedy or resolution request.

Aesthetic imperfections, minor cosmetic variations, finish inconsistencies, fabrication marks, weld appearance differences, or variations inherent to hand-fabricated or performance-oriented products shall not automatically be considered defects.

Designed By Moran's sole obligation with respect to a verified defective or incorrect item shall be limited, at its sole discretion, to repair, replacement, store credit, or other remedy deemed appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed.


Shipping Damage

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, the customer must notify Designed By Moran in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Notification must include the order number, written description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. All original packaging materials must be retained for carrier inspection purposes.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours, retain original packaging, or provide required documentation may void any shipping damage claim entirely.


Exception Request Process

Any request for a return, refund, exchange, or cancellation exception must be submitted in writing through the official contact information provided on this website. Requests must include the customer's full name, order number, and a detailed explanation of the circumstances. Verbal or informal requests will not be considered.

All exception requests are reviewed at the sole discretion of Designed By Moran. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval or response within any specific timeframe.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Designed By Moran and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter may be considered to have acted in bad faith. Designed By Moran reserves the right to contest any chargeback or dispute using documentation of the customer's agreement to these policies at the time of purchase, including but not limited to order records, communications, and acceptance of our Terms of Service.


Policy Acceptance

By placing an order through our website, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy, as well as all other store policies including our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Legal Notice published on this website.
