Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Lead Times

Many products sold by Designed By Moran are built-to-order, fabricated, coated, assembled, or otherwise prepared after an order is placed.

Estimated lead times and shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Production and shipping delays may occur due to material availability, coating schedules, freight carrier delays, supplier issues, weather events, holidays, manufacturing delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that lead times may vary and that production delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or payment dispute.


Shipping Addresses & Address Changes

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Designed By Moran is not responsible for delays, losses, returned shipments, address correction fees, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Address change requests submitted after an order has been placed may not be accommodatable depending on production or fulfillment status.

All address change requests must be submitted in writing as soon as possible through the official contact information provided on this website.

Designed By Moran cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order is in production, packaged, or in transit.


Carrier Responsibility

Once a shipment has been tendered to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for transit, handling, and delivery transfers to the carrier to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Designed By Moran is not responsible for carrier delays, transit interruptions, delivery exceptions, lost packages, weather-related delays, labor disruptions, carrier operational failures, or other shipping interruptions outside of our reasonable control.

For high-value shipments, Designed By Moran reserves the right to require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Shipments confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout shall be considered fulfilled and delivered.


Domestic Shipping

Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to the continental United States (lower 48 states) unless otherwise stated.

Oversized items, freight shipments, remote delivery areas, commercial deliveries, liftgate services, and certain specialty products may incur additional shipping charges even when a free shipping promotion is active.

Designed By Moran reserves the right to contact the customer regarding any additional shipping costs prior to fulfillment.


International Shipping

International customers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, customs charges, tariffs, storage fees, import compliance requirements, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country, customs authority, or shipping carrier.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Designed By Moran makes no representation regarding import eligibility or customs acceptance within any destination country.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying that purchased products may be legally imported into their jurisdiction prior to placing an order.

Designed By Moran is not responsible for customs delays, customs holds, import restrictions, rejected imports, seized shipments, or additional fees imposed by international carriers or government agencies.

Rejected imports, customs seizures, refused deliveries, abandoned shipments, or returned international shipments resulting from customer inaction, refusal to pay import fees, or import restrictions may not be eligible for refund.

International shipping transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Damage

Customers must inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, the customer must notify Designed By Moran in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Notification must include the order number, a written description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged item, all packaging materials, and the shipping label.

All original packaging must be retained for carrier inspection purposes.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours, retain all original packaging, or provide the required documentation may void any shipping damage claim entirely.

Designed By Moran will work with the carrier to pursue a damage claim on the customer's behalf where documentation requirements have been met, but cannot guarantee outcomes of carrier claim reviews.


Lost Packages

If a package is not received and the carrier tracking does not confirm delivery, the customer must notify Designed By Moran in writing within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date.

Designed By Moran will open a carrier investigation on the customer's behalf. Resolution timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled by Designed By Moran.

Claims of non-receipt for carrier-confirmed deliveries must be filed directly with the carrier.

Designed By Moran is not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery.


Freight Shipments

Certain products may ship via freight carrier depending on size, weight, or destination.

Freight shipments may arrive on pallets, crates, or oversized packaging and may require commercial access, liftgate service, unloading equipment, or additional delivery coordination depending on destination.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is capable of safely receiving freight shipments.

Additional carrier charges resulting from failed delivery attempts, inaccessible delivery locations, re-delivery requests, storage fees, missed appointments, or special access requirements shall remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customers receiving freight shipments are responsible for inspecting all items before signing the Bill of Lading or any delivery receipt.

Any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be noted in writing on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery, before the driver departs.

Signing for a freight delivery without noting visible damage constitutes acceptance of the shipment in the condition received and may void any freight damage claim entirely.

If a freight delivery arrives with significant visible damage, the customer has the right to refuse the shipment.

Please notify Designed By Moran immediately in the event of a refused freight delivery.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after purchase.

Once production, fabrication, coating, assembly, packaging, or fulfillment has begun, order modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

All cancellation, modification, or change requests must be submitted in writing through the official contact information provided on this website as soon as possible.

Any cancellation, modification, refund, or return request remains subject solely to the discretion of Designed By Moran and our Refund & Return Policy.


Policy Acceptance

By placing an order through this website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping Policy as well as all other store policies published on this website, including our Terms of Service, Refund & Return Policy, and Legal Notice.
